Daniel Ford and Jamie Shutler have been supporting the Planetary Health Check 2026 on the Ocean Acidification Boundary. They have provided a prerelease version of the UExP-FNN-U (full surface ocean carbonate system dataset; v2026-pre1), which incorporates improvements identified within the OC4C project. Additionally the use of an ensemble of observation based carbonate system products including the CMEMS-LSCE-FFNN, has been provided to the Planetary Health Check team to support the boundary assessment.
